Off Season #1
The spring competition season is coming to a close and many people will be going into their off season now.
There is a lot of information and documentation regarding contest prep and dieting but a lot less about the initial stage, the stage that we all start at, when looking to build muscle.
As such, I have decided to document both my own and my good friend Neale Cramwells off season leading up to Summer 2016.
We will record our start points, weight, BF% measurements and you will see what we eat, as well as the supplements we use.
Below is a snap shot of my starting point coming into off season along with Neale Cramwells.
The training plan we will follow will also be made public along with weight sets, reps and much more including how we intend to develop the going as we progress.
Here are two photographs that I took at home to show the starting point for my off season. Over the next 18 months, up until my prep for the 2016 competitions, you will see all my progress, what I do and how I do it!
